You're not alone. Many new parents struggle with persistent feelings of trauma or disappointment about their birth experience. Long difficult labours, medical emergencies, or major unplanned medical interventions such as an emergency c-section or forceps, can create lingering feelings of fear and anxiety.
This program is for you if
You are battling feelings of guilt or shame from the events of your birth
You have flashbacks or unwanted thoughts
You feel confused or angry about how choices were made
You want to have more children but are not sure you can go through birth again
How does it work?
From June 22 to July 13, 2017 you will receive weekly instructional videos and worksheets that will provide a step by step guide to hep you process and move forward from your birth experience. You will also get access to emails and phone calls with Olivia, so you get to take your time and work with the materials at your own pace.
